It was assumed that the city of Atlantis, along with the people there, perished when the city sunk into the ocean. This is false. The city still thrives, living a normal life, hiding themselves from the rest of the world. The only problem that seems to exist in this city is a law that tears families apart, and destroys so many lives. All of that is about to change, with the help of a sixteen-year-old boy named Eli. He has no idea what's coming. All he knows is that he would give almost anything for his life to change, so he wouldn't have to endure the hardships he was facing.
