Danni is now a spirit of the dead and finds herself face to face with an old evil working to destroy The Ghede. Michael has left the priesthood and finds himself back in New Orleans where zombies are rising form their graves and running amok. For Michael to protect Danni he must follow her to places he can't go, at least while he is alive.
