
This book is a very simple and reader-friendly way to explore what yoga is. It will be helpful both to those who are very newto yoga, as well as to those who are even veteran yogis. This presentation is by no means meant to be exhaustive of the subject, but merely to put the questions on the table. The answers will not be universally acceptable to all, but at least the questions will be there so that we may better find our own answers. This book is also intended for and will be especially useful in the context of a yoga teacher training program. It is hoped that this will be seen as a useful addition to the greater conversation about yoga that is happening our world today.
