Schooltime, dinnertime, playtime, bedtime--Alberto's world moves too fast. Sometimes, when he wishes things would just stop, he waits for the night to come, his parents to go to bed, and the stars to shine, and he feels like the world has finally come to a standstill. Yet one night, while Alberto is watching a sky full of stars that have always been there, one of them disappears, making Alberto wonder whether the world could really stand still or whether things are constantly changing. Alberto va a la escuela, come la cena, juega un poco, va a su cama--su vida est pasando demasiado rpido. De vez en cuando, cuando quiere que el mundo pare, Alberto espera que venga la noche, mira las estrellas y siente que por fin est quieto. Pero una noche, mientras mira a las estrellas que han brillado desde que empez el mundo, una desaparece. Esto le parece imposible y Alberto empieza a cuestionar si el mundo pudiera estar inmvil, o si todo siempre est cambiando.
