This book contains real life stories, opinions and illustrations garnered from a lifetime of Christian ministry and service. The author, Gary Laws, has served the Church, in a variety of capacities, over the last 40 years. He has counseled and prayed with victims families at Ground Zero following the 9/11 attacks in New York City, and he has served in a management capacity giving service to the victims of natural disasters all across America. Laws also served as the Pastor of several Salvation Army churches in the mid-western United States.Before his ministry years, Laws was a radio and television production specialist and served in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff.He has been married to his wife Susan for 52 years and, together they have raised five children. They have 22 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Laws studied communications at Bradley University and is a graduate of The Salvation Army College for Officer's Training.You will find this book to be an inspiration to both the new Christian and the seasoned saint alike.
