This journal will allow you to keep track of your appointments, chores, and to-do lists as well as keep up with your fitness regimen and water intake. Our Journal also includes a section for you to jot down your moods each day. As a Holistic Health Consultant I cannot tell you how important this is for women to record how we are feeling from one day to the next in the same way we would record our menstrual cycles. When we record our moods each day it gives us a guide of what time of the month we can expect to be in a happy mood vs a dull more depressed mood. We can then use that information to know what time of the month we should be incorporating certain exercises, herbal teas, yoga practices etc... In doing so this journal can help you lead a more balanced and productive life.
