This slim volume of poetry, by debut author Leah Seya, is packed with vibrant images – her creative responses to her surroundings and the more vulnerable side of human nature - and contains a refreshing immediacy often lacking in our collective striving for some kind of post-tech balance. Often raw in places, Leah’s poems never leave you in the despair they may explore, but struggle to discover a way up and out; to find sense and purpose with clearer skies despite the cold winds blowing.
