Lexie is a Nurse living alone in a bad neighborhood. When she is working at the clinic she meets a little boy named Cliff. Cliff has a cut on his side and won't tell her his last name or who is father is. She is worried about his safety and calls the police because they can't just let him walk out alone. Officer Cole Mitchel has always liked Lexie and can't seem to keep his eyes off her. When he gets the call about a little boy at the clinic with out a parent he rushes there. When he sees that Lexie is with the boy he can't stop himself from finding ways to have more time with her.Lexie keeps cliff at her place because she feels a connection with him. Then she starts getting threats and Cole comes to the rescue.Will everyone make it out of this mess or will someone get hurt?
