Institutions, institutions, institutions! This book tries to present the consequences that the crisis has on Greek employment relations system, via the institutional framework of the Mediterranean model of Capitalism, and evaluate the success of the implementing changes that have taken place since 2010. In this part of the literature, it is widely accepted that the general institutional structure and the interactions between different institutions – both formal and informal in accordance with employment relations – are responsible for the prosperous economic welfare and the comparative institutional superiority of each country.
