The developers of Motivation Science reviewed research-based evidence on how students learn, gathered input from a wide array of scientific experts and educators, collaborated about relevant reform efforts on teaching and learning in science. Motivation Science focuses on the standards of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills. These standards are grouped into four Reporting Categories in this edition.
