A Family Trip is a six-week course with parent-friendly, bite-sized lessons to help you: ¿ Understand your strengths as a parent. ¿ Learn skills to support yourself, your children, and your family through good times and challenging times. ¿ Teach your children. ¿ Build social connections. ¿ Look more intentionally at your journey as a parent and a person. We do this by learning about a framework defining characteristics of families called the Five Protective Factors. These characteristics have been shown to strengthen families, improve the development of children, and keep kids safe.
