Author Description

This booklet was developed to provide patients and carers with information about some psychiatric medication. Originally produced in 2007, this version was updated in 2015. The booklet contains general information about medication as part of the treatment of mental illnesses. It also provides more information about groups of medication: antipsychotics, antidepressants, mood stabilisers, anxiolytics and medication for side effects.
