To this day, the summertime begins with the first night of yellow braided into your hair, as if the Maypole still harkened a dance each trip through the seasons, beckoning the whimsy which could only occur with enough flowers in the hair and bells on toes to create a cacophony that brought bees a-buzz and birds a-chirp and beating hearts a-flutter. Seraphemera Books is pleased to announce More to Follow - the next in the series of patiently paginated short stories from Marc Moorash (Stolen Moments, We Are Not Here) with Illustrations by Ava Dawn Heydt. You close your eyes and begin to step in the direction of the ghosts of the flagstone-talls, up which you had run various homemade banners over the years - made of all sorts of cloths, clothing, closings, clandestine messages that would occassionally be photographed and added to the local page seven or police blotter even though there was never any destruction involved. More to Follow contains stories of returning to a place you once called home, and while it has changed and morphed and made itself different, what remains, hidden in boxes, denoted by crevices, grown up through the lands, gives one the determination to be at peace in the battle to be accepting of your reconvening with a place long ago left behind.
