Author Description

Maeve Duffey's first book of poetry explores life in its connected dimensions of outer human fears, follies, fun, and expectations while diving into the healing presence of the interior life of Oneness in Spirit and how it can be imagined and directed as a balanced way of discovering and living in peace and harmony. In both profoundly serious words of pain and process, relationships lived and lost, as well as the playful and fun in it all, these poems will, hopefully, take the reader to deep thoughts at one point and to smiles and laughter at the next. Bounce from chapter to chapter (chapter titles can be read as another poem), choose a random page, or read it all in order. Either way, the hope is that each reader comes out with some new realizations of Self and a greater desire to discover divine inner space to make life a more loving adventure.
