Georgia is considered as one of the main centers of origin and formation of domesticated wheat species. This monograph summarizes the results of long experimental research of scientists from different countries. Here is presented genetic and breeding value of Georgian wheat endemic species and soft wheat aboriginal varieties, their genomic evolution and the role of endemic species in the formation of domesticated wheat species.
