Author Description

Nelson is old and sick and getting ready to die. A terminal illness leaves him with little time to re-evaluate his life now that all his affairs are in order. Today is most likely his last birthday, so he has something special he wants to do. Accompanied by a couple of friends, he takes a road trip to reunite with pieces of the past. In a last ditch effort to find out the meaning of his life. What he will realize is the meaning of the lives of the people around him. Oh… and there will be cake.
