Every day is a choice to show up to win the war or to give in to the dark. The life of a warrior is never easy. No warrior alive has untouched skin. Scars cover them. To conquer our demons means we have to get to know them, delve deeply into their dark, understand the root of their existence, know why they have such power over us and then slowly let the light in.
