The purpose of this publication is to equip Christians to answer Jesus’ call to make disciples of all nations. This guide helps you to make an initial contact with a non-believer, share the Good News and convince that person that she or he should not miss out on an eternal treasure. Ultimately, evangelism means that we pass on the baton and instil in others the desire and excitement to go out and share the life-saving message of the gospel with others. To make that happen we need God’s help and we need the tools to be effective in our outreach. ‘Cath the Fire’ prepares Christians to become more effective in sharing the gospel, regardless of their age, experience and circumstances. It is meant for those who are already familiar with the gospel and who seek to examine and re-focus their Christian commitment. It is also meant for those who have more recently found their way to Christ.
