In this guide to stencilling, motifs are grouped under: the kitchen garden; the formal garden; the seashore; and simple paterning. Over 40 stencil templates are included to cut out and trace. The core designs are adapted for different surfaces and settings, such as walls, tiles, fabric, furniture and floors. The main technique used is spray stencilling but this book also covers the effects achievable by stippling, sponging, and stencilling on glass.
