Product Description The environment in which we live and work requires serious, regular assessments of our paradigms. This book attempts an in depth and long overdue assessment of four paradigms that have dominated the project management landscape for years. The current paradigms have, in many instances, turned project managers into technicians, rather than the leaders or artists they ought to be. The Art of Project Management reassesses paradigms that deal with project Success, Leadership, Partnership and Management. This book further stresses the criticality of People, Partners and Processes to the bottom line of all projects. About the Author Dr. Denis R.
