Writing daily reports lacking real value is a common practice in construction management regardless of it belongs to the contractor or the inspector. Since there is no way to determine the specific information we might need in the future in the event of an adverse event, it is crucial to keep all the information in an acceptable degree of detail. Experts in construction, engineering, and inspection services use this Field Book to document the highway contractor's activities. However, the use of this notebook can extend to other infrastructure projects.This notebook allows the user to collect daily reporting data, consistently and quickly for a month of work, including weekly partnering coordination meetings. We design the templates to be used by the inspector, so it contains all the fields needed to make proper annotations about the job.This field book is the tool the supervisor needs to facilitate his daily task.
