Sessions 6 to 10 of the Kingdom Business curriculum include: developing your production plans, managing your relationships, controlling your finances, planning your budget, and leading your people. This last session addresses leadership topics of specific challenge to people living in developing environments. Each Participant’s Guide includes: Workspace for in-class exercises and assignments. Collection of draft lesson results for use in Business Plan development. Reference tool to guide real-life application of learned topics.
