This book examines the biblical teaching on fasting and seeks to answer two questions: “Should Christians Fast?” and “How Should Fasting Be Carried Out?” It warns of the abuses of fasting and gives the benefits of fasting. May God's children be drawn to closer devotion to their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as they engage in this discipline. May the Holy Spirit endue them with peace, joy and love as they live out the teaching of Scripture in this passing world.
