Author Description

I like to tell people that I'm a word artist. I don't paint, I don't draw, and I don't sculpt, but I write poems. While I don't use paints, markers, crayons, or even color at all to create my poetry, I use the same emotion and passion that other artists put into their work to create my own. The words on the page feel like an extension of me, and are a way for me to express myself, especially when other words fail me. I hope that these poems make you feel heard.
