The Framework for this study is depicted below. The research framework is divided into: i. Research was conducted at the initial level keeping in view learners of Chhattisgarh State, India. ii. Preliminary study was done at the Editorial Department of Chhattisgarh Journal Publishers to tap on data and information that helped in this study. In this context, interviews with selected resource persons was conducted. Besides, a literature review was also performed to ensure that no important variables that have in the past been related to this study are ignored. iii. Selection has been done based on this analysis. The selected knowledge sharing observation was used in the methodology. iv. The system design and prototype development methodology was used based on the preliminary study and literature survey that would best fit with the study. v. The prototype system was tested to acquire necessary feedbacks vi. Report writing includes the documentation of the system.
