Mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders have become a global concern, affecting individuals across all demographics. The World Health Organization (WHO) has reported that mental health disorders contribute significantly to the global burden of disease, leading to reduced quality of life, impaired functioning, and increased economic costs. Traditional therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and medication, have been widely used to address mental health concerns. However, there is a growing interest in alternative and holistic approaches that promote well-being through non-verbal and creative expression. Laughter has long been recognized as a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving mood, and strengthening social bonds. Similarly, rhythmic drumming has been used for centuries in various cultures as a means of healing, communication, and emotional expression.
