Permission has been granted to reprint these poems. The Poet Tree trademark is registered on the Principal Register with the United States Trademark and Patent Office under registration #3919224 which is owned by Forrest E. Pettengill, a citizen of the United States. Please be aware that any unauthorized use the Poet Tree mark in connection with goods and/or services in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake about the source of the goods and/or services is considered trademark infringement.
