Initially this book title may seem harsh, but when God said, "You call yourself a Christian" to me while I was pacing back and forth fearfully, fretting over what I should do, He was simply bringing to my attention how my behavior wasn't demonstrating faith in Him. He wasn't telling me I wasn't a Christian but that my behavior, at that moment, didn't validate the claim. This book explores attributes that reflect Christ living in us, so that unbelievers might see the hope and glory available to those who believe. These principles will change the way we think, talk, and live by the renewing our minds, which God considers imperative if we are to represent Him well. Otherwise, our influence, reputation, and ministry could be destroyed. This book explores putting God first, loving everyone, forgiving everyone, being thankful, extreme generosity, the fruits of the Spirit, unity in the church, standing firm in our faith that God is always perfect even when really bad things happen, and walking in God's predestined plan for our lives. Lord, may our witness draw others to You instead of pushing them away.
