Meghan Rose desperately wants a pair of expensive Kangaroozies shoes, the latest craze among her peers. After her initial attempts at invention and business ventures fail to earn her the necessary funds, Meghan turns to prayer, seeking divine guidance to obtain the coveted footwear.

The narrative appears to center on a young protagonist's relatable desire for a popular, expensive item and her subsequent efforts to obtain it through various means, including prayer. The inclusion of discussion questions and activities suggests an intent for the book to be used in educational or group settings, likely for children. The title itself hints at a lighthearted and possibly humorous approach to the story's themes. The resolution through prayer indicates a faith-based element within the children's literature genre.
