The three premises of this pamphlet are that revolution in America is essential to any larger program of world revolution, that revolution in America is coming sooner, rather than later, and that Trotskyists will be decisive to the success of the American revolution, as the final synthesis of a science of class struggle, founded in Marxism and Leninism and standing on the theory of a permanent revolution.
