This new book focuses on the core aspects of sugarcane biotechnological transformation and advanced approaches for augmenting plant development and production through intrinsic/extrinsic variations. It presents comprehensive and updated information on sugarcane crop management in response to adverse climatic variables for sustainable production, discussing innovative interventions for how sugarcane copes with environmental stresses and the role of biochar on sugarcane crop improvement at different growth periods during stress.
