As the original Liwanag and Liwanag 2 in 1993 amplified the voices of local, Bay Area Pilipinx American artists of those time periods, Liwanag 3 showcases and reflects upon the evolution of the Pilipinx identity of today. Liwanag 3 features a wide range of genres in poetry, fiction, playwriting, comics and graphic novels. Visual arts include paintings, illustrations and photography.
