These conference proceedings provide an update on new developments in processing technologies for secondary fibre and explores potential new ideas for improving effiency and productivity of recycling systems. The conference resulted in 28 papers being presented in seven sessions which included - consumer views, de-inking, bleaching, stickies, equipment, new technologies and mill experiences.
