The United Stats and the Two Koreas is a comprehensive history and analysis of North Koreas nucear weapons and missile programs and the failed attempts of the United States and other powers tonegotiate with North Korea to end these programs. It covers the period between the Japanese annexatuion of Korea in 1910 to North Koreas withdeawal from relations with the United States including the nuclear threats to North Korea during the Koean War, tthe three with North Korea to end their nuclear and missile programs and their clandestine activities to circumvent the the purpose of the negotiations.
