
The purpose of this book is simply to be a resource of enlightenment for anyone who may be having trouble changing who they are, how they are, and where they are. Once a person gets "sick and tired of being sick and tired", there becomes a need and a strong desire for change. The problem is, there are so many that are looking to change and don't even have a clue of how to begin to make that change. This is not just a guide, but also a workbook; which means this book has work for you to do. At the end of each chapter is a notes page so you can write down some of the things that comes to your mind as you go through it, like pointers, ideas, takeaways, personal growth goals, etc. My hope is that this book will help at least one person make a change in his or her life for the better.
