The Culinary Lab Workbook is used for all lab experiences in my classroom by each of my students that are in 9th through 12th grade. This workbook would also be an asset for students in upper middle school culinary classes teaching them planning and organizational skills while working in the kitchen. Students can record recipes, plan daily lab activities, figure out food costs, and menu pricing. After each lab, they can also evaluate their recipes to identify whether or not they will have to make changes. My students use the information from the workbook to assist them in running our school-based enterprise. * This workbook contains 20 sets of recipe blanks, planning forms, food costing worksheets, menu pricing worksheets, and evaluations. * Also included is an introduction page for student names, a blank table of contents as well as a guide to assist in evaluating the recipes. * Perfect for all culinary classrooms in middle and high school settings. * Perfect for students to keep upon completion of class to continue their culinary journey. * Class Set
