
The Culinary Lab Workbook is used for all lab experiences in my classroom by each of my students that are in 9th through 12th grade. This workbook would also be an asset for students in upper middle school culinary classes teaching them planning and organizational skills while working in the kitchen. Students can record recipes, plan daily lab activities, figure out food costs, and menu pricing. After each lab, they can also evaluate their recipes to identify whether or not they will have to make changes.
