This report presents the findings of an inquiry into cyber-safety for Indigenous Australians. The inquiry investigated Internet and communication technology take-up, the risks and benefits of smart phones, online racism and cyberbullying, cultural connection and conflict, differences in rural and urban areas, and recent cyber-safety initiatives. The report discusses these issues and recommends that a more in-depth inquiry with a longer time frame would be appropriate.
