Author Description

About eighteen years ago, I dedicated myself to the practice of art. I built a studio, shown on the cover. When I walked through that door, I fully devoted myself to writing and painting. My poetry fills numerous three-ring notebooks. For me, I knew and keenly felt the struggle of every working artist to reach out with the mind, body and hands to create the essence of our greatest hopes, dreams, and desires. This collection of some of my poetry shares and expresses my hopes, dreams, and desires. Rickey
