The players profiled in Forgotten Cubs are little remembered for their time served on Chicago's North Side, but all have contributed in some way to Cubs' history and lore. People tend to forget that players such as Ralph Kiner, Bobby Bonds and Tony La Russa played for the Cubs, to say nothing of Joe Kmak, Topsy Magoon and Phil Mudrock, but they're all Cubs and part of a proud tradition.
