Twelve Collaborative Tasks for Couples is the concluding workbook of three workbooks for couples to use in the Collaborative Attachment Systems Therapy (CAST) approach to couples therapy. This bibliotherapy approach integrates the best of the best empirically supported treatment modalities in the field of couples therapy, and is intended to be used in conjunction with therapy provided from a CAST Trained Therapist. In this workbook, couples will learn twelve essential collaborative tasks to build their relationship into the fulfilling and enriching love they long for based on extensive research. These twelve collaborative tasks include: Negotiating Navigable Scripts, The Self in the System, Shrinking Shame and Formulating Fondness, Restraining the Resentment Critters and Converting the Cycle, Repairing Rifts and Salving Serious Wounds, Playing as Partners, Committing as a Couple, Managing the Mundane/Protecting from Predators/Taming Technology, Initiating Intimacy and Synchronizing Sex, Communicating for Connection, Rowing the Rivers of Life, and Developmental Dreaming.
