The study guide is prepared by text author Roger LeRoy Miller and co--authored by William Eric Hollowell. It contains a chapter--by--chapter review of WEST''S BUSINESS LAW that includes:: a brief chapter introduction, a chapter outline, true--false questions, fill--in questions, multiple--choice questions, short essay problems, and ""Issue Spotters."" The answers to the questions (except the short essay questions) and ""Issue Spotters"" are found in a separate appendix at the end of the study guide.
