It has been fully revised and takes account of recent very important case law, particularly the decisions of the House of Lords in IB (a minor)/I and K (strict liability), IMorgan Smith/I (provocation) and IHinks/I (theft). It includes statutory changes, particularly those made by the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 2000 and the - so far slight - impact of the Human Rights Act 1998 on the substantive criminal law. A new short account of money-laundering offences is included.
