FLATLINERACER’S RADICAL RIDERS – The Hearse Edition Fantasy Color Illustrations Picture Book. This book is inspired by my love for all types of motor vehicles. From the time when I was a kid growing up in the 60’s and 70’s collecting those Rat Fink and Odd Rod’s bubble gum cards I’ve been hooked. Being a graphics designer, Photographer, Video editor and producer for over 35 years I felt it was the right time start this project. I created these images on my computer being inspired by my childhood experiences. I love all types of cars ranging from racing to everyday cars we drive down the street. I particularly love the unusual types that stand out. One is the Funeral Hearse. My father was an undertaker and we lived next to a funeral parlor so naturally I was amused at how those cars looked and what they were used for. When I searched on the history of the Hearse cars I found that the ones made back in the 1800’s to early 1900’s looked quite a bit different. Here in this book is a kind of fantasy collection of illustrations of what they looked like. I hope you enjoy this picture book.
