In this cluster, we find out who's playing by the rules and who's cheating in Hide and Cheat, we go on the hunt of a giant stick insect in Where's Woody, and look for a missing chameleon in Jamie and the Chameleon. In the two non fiction books, Animal Magic and Look Closer, we try to find some animals who like to hide and take a closer look at some things that you might not expect to find at all! Each book comes with notes for parents that highlight tricky words or concepts in the books, prompt questions and suggest a range of follow-up activities. The Hide and Seek Guided Reading Notes provide step-by-step guided reading support for each book in the Hide and Seek cluster, together with guidance about comprehension, assessment for learning and vocabulary enrichment.
