Socialist Legal System Transition and Global Governanceb Finding Outcomes and Challenges ofGlobal Governance for Supporting the Transition of the Legal System of the Socialist StatebGyeongsang National University, Governance "is an example of how it has intervened and influenced the formation of legislation for the transformation of socialist countries into global governance. The five papers in this book deal with cases of intervention and support from the international community on the market economy legislation, trade sanctions, labor, human rights, and lastly, the division management system.International organizations such as the International Financial Institutions, UNDP, and ILO, as well as national associations at various levels, provide guidelines for the formation of good governance in the socialist transition countries on a case-by-case basis and use pressure measures such as sanctions.Based on the experience of individual socialist countries such as Eastern Europe, China, and Vietnam who have experienced the transition, it will help us to think about the way global governance intervenes in North Koreas transformation. In particular, Germany and Vietnam, which were separated from each other, share important implications for the Korean government on the transition to North Korea by setting aside a chapter on the relationship between China and Taiwan, which is still struggling to find a common point.
