Author Description

ABC Picnic is a children's alphabet book, for the early learner., based on animal characters and food. The reader and the animals are invited to attend a picnic requesting they bring some food for everyone to share. Each colourful illustration is accompanied by a short and simple sentence some of which are constructed using alliteration, emphasising the relevant letter. Every picture depicts more objects beginning with the same letter, which the reader is challenged to find.This introduces new words, which are listed in a glossary at the back.
