Author Description

Because my life has been divided into three completely different parts, I am writing a trilogy. At age seventy, I am anxious to relate some of my adventures while I can still remember them. These books are not intended to be novels. They are the random memories of my life and the worlds around me. I said worlds, because I have often discovered the world I often imagined I lived in, and the real world, sometimes differed. These writings are intended for loved ones and the posterity of Nancy Lee Ramsdell and myself. How often I have wished I knew more about my grandparents and my great grandparents. I know I can find their names in the archives, but that doesn't tell me how they felt, and how they dealt with the world they lived in. There have been so many changes in my own lifetime, that just recording time, as I stumbled through it, is an unbelievable experience. If things happen any faster, my stories will be ancient history before I am dead.
