In addition to serving as rules supplement for the Seventh Edition of Cound, Friedenthal, Miller and Sexton's Civil Procedure Casebook, the 1999 Civil Procedure Supplement is ideally suited for use with all pleading and procedure casebooks. The supplement contains the federal statutes and rules governing procedure, along with comparative state provisions. In some cases other materials, such as notes of Advisory Committees, are also included. Enhancing the Supplement as a teaching tool is the inclusion of an illustrative problem with sample documents and a litigation flow chart.
