Lucey, Commissioner: The Commission on April 8, 1920, approved a contract entered into by and between the petitioner and the Port Byron Telephone Company, by which the latter company is given the right and authority, under certain terms and conditions, to make contact with the line of poles belonging to the petitioner and now erected and set in Coe Township, Rock Island County, subject to the right of the Commission to terminate same when in its opinion public interest or convenience requires such termination.
