This book has given an overview of the sol-gel preparation method and characterization of Manganese and Barium doped Bismuth Ferrite. This work focused on the structural properties (XRD, SEM with EDAX and Raman study) and Magnetic properties(VSM) at room temperature. Dielectric properties were measured as a function of frequency over a temperature range. The properties such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent and AC conductivity as a function of frequency and temperature. The electrical properties like leakage current and J-E characteristics at room temperature.
